Just a little too subdued and ineffectual to keep my attention. Favorite track: Eple

I feel like this album tries to be a lot of different things and none of them really work. Favorite track: Like I Love You

Not my kind of jazz. Favorite track: Congo Mulence

Queen's hardest rocking album is a showcase for Brian May's inimitable guitar style. Favorite track: Killer Queen

I'm convinced Hendrix would never have made an album considered subpar by a majority of people. Another outstanding effort. Favorite track: Castles Made of Sand

Never could get into sitar music. It's telling that the track I enjoyed the most wasn't written by this artist. Favorite track: Jumpin' Jack Flash

A good many of the tracks were too long on this one. Could've benefitted from being about 3/4 of it's actual length. Favorite track: Wonder Wonder

Too many elements from the 80s that didn't stand the test of time on this one. Favorite track: Karma Chameleon

The first great Radiohead album, but certainly not the last. Favorite track: Fake Plastic Trees

I love when music transports you to a daydream or a vibe. This did exactly that. Favorite track: Chan Chan

Timbaland's beats do the heavy lifting here, but they can only do so much. Favorite track: Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)

Excellent and foundational prog rock album. Somehow manages to make the extremely intricate also very accessible. Favorite track: A Passage to Bangkok

Wholly unique and engaging listening experience. I didn't want this one to end. Favorite track: Marquee Moon

Dolly may be gone, but her angelic voice will live on forever. Favorite track: The Mystery of the Mystery

Punk rock that really rocks while not taking itself too seriously. Favorite track: Blitzkrieg Bop

One of the best psychedelic tinged Beatles albums. So many good tracks here. Favorite track: Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds

Hugely influential and, for it's time at least, underrated album. Favorite track: Here Comes Your Man

So apparently this is called Songhai Music? It's got moments but everything mostly just blended together for me. Favorite track: Savane

I enjoyed these unexpectedly dark soundscapes much more than I'd have guessed I would. Favorite track: The Things You Said

Amazing foundational punk record. Favorite track: Anarchy in the UK
