What a start. Love that song and never knew who did it.
Really takes a nosedive from there. Guitar work is good and I can hear how this influenced later bands (weirdly got a Stone Roses vibe at one stage).

I was 10 when this came out so I'm 100% bias. Don't need to re-listen. This thing is one of the highest selling albums of all time. Couldn't get enough of it as a teen and I still dig it. 4/5.

Avant-garde jazz parts just aren't for me. The rest is cool, I could hear various styles but don't understand Jazz enough to rate this higher. 2.5/5. Raising to 3.

Solid album. Sparse arrangement. Think you'd need to be in a specific mood to rate this higher. 3/5.

Speed and aggression. Some of the most iconic metals riffs. Super clean vocal too for all the shouting. 4/5.
