This album sucks ass unfortunately. It is Missy's first album, and she hadn't found her sound yet. The album isn't cohesive at all and features a lot of lackluster talent. It toes that line between R&B and rap.... A little to closely to the R&B side, so that's a big no from me dawg. Fuck R&B.

Today's album is by a band formed by Husker Du frontman Bob Mould. This new band is like a cross between his old sound in Husker Du mixed with like grunge or 90s alt rock. A bit heavier than standard art rock, but still deeply rooted in the 90s alternative rock sound. Not terrible.

House music is the type of music that people get roofied and finger blasted to.

Same Old Show sounds like someone being actively banged on loop for 6 minutes. It's quite annoying.

Favourite songs: Yo Yo, Jump 'N Shout, Red Alert

Least favourite songs: Same Old Show, Always Be There

Deep Purple are a solid jam band, but live albums lose something I find. Like, in the moment, I can imagine all the canoodling on guitars and keyboards was awesome, but sitting here listening to it, not in the moment, I just don't care. I really don't need a ~20 minute version of Space Truckin'.... 4:30 original version suits me fine thanks. And the Japanese audience were apparently very reserved, because there is basically no audience reactions or cheering at all. Also, 2 hrs is too long for any album, let alone a boring live album. It's a Shame, because I really do like Deep Purple, but this album blows.

Favourite songs: Smoke on the Water, Highway Star, Black Night, Strange Kind of Woman

Yet another obsolete English indie band that no one has heard of... I am so sick of this shit.... This is the same as probably 500 other albums that are included on this list. It isn't groundbreaking or unique, and it certainly isn't essential listening. Whoever made this list needs their head examined.

Favourite songs: Angryman, A Minha Menina, Zia

Least favourite songs: Sky Holds the Sun

Not a fan of how in the middle of his songs he re-imagines how it should be played, so it always feels like 2 songs in one. I had high hopes for this album because he used the talents of Fairport Convention on a few of the songs, but it felt Unfinished. Folk rock, but a lot like Nick Drake.... Fucking weird, almost psychadelic folk. As a matter of fact, the song Solid Air is based on Nick Drake. It's an awful song. The highs on this album were high, but the lows were awful.

Favourite songs: May You Never, The Easy Blues, Over the Hill

Least favourite songs: Solid Air, I'd Rather Be the Devil (Devil Got My Woman)

This album is like Samba mixed with funk and African beats. It feels exotic and refreshing after having a week of fucking indie and britpop garbage. The only thing is that the excessive use of cuica drums becomes annoying after a while. It sounds like someone trapped a flock of morning doves in the recording studio. It's use reminds me of the Goron City theme song from Ocarina of Time.

Favourite songs: Ponta De Lanca Africano, Hermes Trismegisto Escreveu, Taj Mahal, Cavaleiro Do Cavalo Imaculado

Least favourite songs: O Filosofo

This is lame as fuck. Like a super shitty Fleet Foxes or Boy & Bear. That weird indie folk movement that was huge in the 00's. I'm having a hard time keeping focus on it. I just don't give a fuck about this super white granola hipster shit. This album was awful.

Favourite songs: While You Wait for the Others, Two Weeks

Least favourite songs: Dory.... And most of the rest of this try-hard piece of shit record

This album was fucked. Oddly, it started off not too bad for a Blur record, but after 5 songs, it descended into the typical fare of Damon Albarn's incoherent ramblings and brain droppings. No cohesion at all, just random shit thrown at a wall to see what would stick. Fuck that guy. And why the fuck did it have to be an hr long....

Favourite songs: Bank Holiday, End of a Century, Girls & Boys, Tracy Jacks, Jubilee

Least favourite songs: Far Out, This is a Low

Shitty psychadelic shoegaze from some obsolete British band. There is a song called Suicide on this album that is literally 11 minutes of the same two notes being played over and over ffs..... Nothing happened..... In 11 MINUTES!?! And how dare these absolute pylons ruin a classic song like May the Circle Be Unbroken. Fuck these idiots. And fuck whoever thought this was necessary listening. Garbage.

Uuugghhh.... Fuckin Honky Tonk country. Yee haw, punchin' your grandma, drinkin' budweiser and watchin' stock car racing.... Yoooo weeeee!!!! I know who Buck Owens is. I know he basically started Honky Tonk country, but this album is actively making me sick. It is way too country even for me. Listening to this kills your last brain cells and makes you feel inbred.

Pretty good album. Nothing spectacular, but sonically sound. Every song suffers a bit from being like 2 mins too long.

What in the unorganized Voodoo New Orleans fuck was that? This album had absolutely no direction, and no musical merit at all. I'm not on near enough drugs to understand this shit. I knew it was going to blow by the album cover...
