What a great album. The mix of Celtic and punk really works and I want to listen to this album in a pub with a pint.

Reading about this album, I'm really glad the producers decided to cut down longer songs into more manageable jam sessions. I think it really helps the entire album overall. This is very good and only gets lost in itself once in a while.

Cave's lyrics can really paint a picture, there's no denying that. But it's just hard to listen to a whole album of it. Great lyrics that become a little much all at once.

I'm not sure it deserves to be on the list, but I didn't hate any part of this album. Pretty standard pop/rock with some hip-hop influences. It was completely fine.
Rated 6/10
A couple of the songs were okay. A couple were really not good. Started off stronger than it ended for me. I guess it averages out to a fine album.
Rated 8/10
I really enjoyed listening to this one. Nothing groundbreaking, but just good late 60s rock and roll. Will listen again.
Rated 2/10
I really hated this album. It's everything I don't like in music styles and not for me at all. The best song was the one Jay-Z was one, and that's not saying much.
I'd be happy if this was the last R&B album I had to listen to. Surprising because Beyonce seems to have some songs that are at least catchy, and I found nothing of that on this album.
Rated 4/10
I was so bored listening to this. Sure I can see skill there, but I just didn't care at any point. I can't even remember most times a song switched from one to another.
Rated 6/10
This was fine. Nothing special for me, nothing offensive. I do think this is like a lot of modern single artists, it's better in earbuds than it is on a stereo system, you almost need the close-ness of it, but that's not my preferred style.
Rated 6/10
I've never been a huge Amos fan, but this album is listenable. Mostly. Not going to get high rotation, but probably wouldn't turn it off if it was on.
Rated 8/10
I enjoy this album. I got it from a VMP record club a while back. Some of the harmonies remind me of Ben Folds a little bit, I don't know why. It's pretty standard 2000s era indie stuff and nothing super special, but I still like it and will listen to it again.

Not sure what it was about this, maybe it hit me in the right place at the right time, but I really dug it. Very date in a way that's ALMOST funny. But that's not a knock on it, because it's still good even though it's so dated. I'd listen to this one again.
Rated 2/10
I've never really liked Missy Elliott and a whole album of it was way, way more than I ever needed. I alternated between bored and annoyed the whole time.
Rated 4/10
I didn't get it. Not a genre I particularly like, and with that, maybe there's a historical reason for this being on the list, but I didn't get what that would be.
Rated 2/10
There should not be two albums by this artist on the list. This one doesn't even have Songs of Love on it, so it's completely useless.
Rated 4/10
Totally forgettable psychedelic album. Nothing is terrible on here. But nothing is good, either, not really. When it was over, it too Lacey 3 songs to realize she didn't remember any of the songs at all.

No
The first few songs were okay, I guess. Sort of got a grove that was tolerable. Then they start getting to 15+ minute songs that are terrible. I can't fathom how people think this is even listenable, let alone good.
Rated 4/10
Not the worst rap album I've heard. It tells a story, even if it's a lot of crap. And as rap goes, it's easy to follow, and hear what he's saying, so that's always a plus. But I still wouldn't choose to listen to it again.

This is probably my second favorite Blur album. It's very strong, start to finish. Has been on my playlist since the 90s and will continue to be. Great album.
I have listened to this album countless times. I've listened to a lot of the outtakes, different mixes, jam sessions from this recording session, too. I'm a huge John Lennon fan and find this raw, introspective, and vulnerable version of him to be some of his best work.
