Atrocious vocals, it felt like the guitars and drums were not playing in time of each other on most tracks

I’d be annoyed if I went to see some crappy band playing at my local pub on a Sunday night for free played this bad, no clue how this is on this list

The title track is a bit of a bop but idk who is actually asking for the rest of this album

Feel like the songs are trying to follow the recipe that made a lot of Bowie songs great but doesn’t quite have all the right ingredients

Raw and weird collection of country adjacent rock songs that sometimes gets a little too weird but almost always makes up for it

Jesus etc is a damn near perfect song

I think this is a bit overrated, it’s not bad or anything, it’s all very enjoyable but I don’t think it’s as special as it’s made out to be

Also, how tf are you going to have a song called “Save the Children” and then impregnate your 16 year old niece? Like you’re the one they need saving from bro

Feel like this deserves at least a 4 just off the title track, but some of the lyric less songs really do try to drag that down

I enjoyed this when I listened to it but outside of someone to love and white rabbit I can’t really remember much else

Would definitely put this on again though
