I very disturbing point of inspiration, with the overall message exposing evils rather than supporting them. Through the discomfort is a very competantly-made, interesting and heavy thrash metal album. That moment of dissonant guitar whines that transitions between Postmortem and Raining Blood is *chefs kiss*." I'd like if there was a bit more variety in the middle of the album sonically, and would have preferred the concept to be more general and less specific, however those reservations aside i still left this album impressed. 4/5

An outstanding jazz fusion album. Peaches En Regalia into Willie the Pimp are such a hype way to start the album. The second half if the record never comes close to the highs of the beginning, but the whole album feels like a technically played warm hug. 4.5/5 - 5/5

I absolutely love the meaning behind this album, and find it pretty empowering on it's surface. Sonically, I can't say it is particularly well-sequenced, nor do many of the tracks (especially later in the album) add much to the experience. However the beauty of some of the tracks in tandem with the overall meaning elevate it a bit. 3.5/5 - 4/5

Not a bad album by the Pet Shop boys, but certainly not their best I've heard on this list. Mostly forgettable but some nice strings added throughout. 2.7/5 - 3/5

Ok that was really pretty great. The song Fascist Groove Thang is amazing and relevant today with all the maga bullshit going on in the usa. The last three songs on the album are a bit less attention grabbing than everything which precedes, but still a great album. 4.2/5 - 4/5

I'm sorry Syd, but what the hell was that shit. slowly losing his marbles diddling around on a guitar with no direction. Any moment a reasonable track starts to turn up it's way too self aware ("I remembered this song/kinda catchy"). Sorry many, I'm gonna stuck with mid era Floyd. 1.4/5 - 1/5

The only song I go back and forth on is paranoid android, but the rest of the album is basically solid. The only thing missing is more experimental bits and a tad more cohesion, which arrives on the next album 4.6/5 - 5/5

I was pretty disappointed with this album. I was expecting it to be more interesting but outside of the hit singles (of which many are "meh") the others just sounded like reverb-soaked bores. I did like the last song and some if the electronics but over all not for me. 2/5

Blues rock that is better than what typically shows up on this list. Some variety and interesting mix ups. 3/5

I was initially excited by this album after the first song, but soon the tracks became a bit messy and same-y. I like the experimental aspects and might listen to it again later to see if I feel the same, but for now I think its good but could have been executed a bit better. I heard the Soulwax Remix of Gravity's Rainbow before this which i much prefer to the original on this album. 3/5
After relistens I continue to think this is a 3.

After many relistens, I've come to the personal conclusion that this is okay. Specifically that the beginning of the album through ~about the halfway point is outstanding, but it really deflated after that. Still though, a nice enough listen. 3/5

Pretty good album. The first half is especially strong. It got a bit tedious to listen through even though is was only 30 something minutes. Still a good experience. 3/5

Rated 4/10

Adeles music is just so obviously constructed to sell singles that I can't discern any personality in her albums. This is no different from 21. Beautiful voice with absolutely no depth/personality. 2/5

I wasn't able to find the original UK version, but the US version is pretty solid (it has all the early singles, after all.)
Over the course of days relistening, I really think this album has a bit more filler than I expected. The main hits are good but most other tracks fade into the background. 3/5
