I'm speechless. I really don't know what to say about this album but WOW

I never really listened to Arcade Fire, I knew 1 song from 2010 and that's it. So my expectations weren't too high for this album. I was so wrong, every single song was so good!

I also didn't realise that I knew Rebellion (Lies) - I've not heard it in years but wow what a song

Great album!

I'm not a massive fan of live albums but this one is so unique. Hearing the prisoners cheering and Johnny Cash joking about with them - it made me feel like I was there

And of course the songs were great, and it's Johnny Cash so an easy top score for me

I'd heard of Fleet Foxes a lot and for some reason just never looked them up. I have been missing out though because I loved this album!

Chaotic

To summarise - random dolphin like squealing, dogs barking, heavy breathing. Piano keys being smashed around and what sounds like a kitchen drawer being rattled

You can hear the lockdown insanity in real time as the album went on

Felt like fetching the bolt cutters to chop my ears off and end the suffering

I was expecting this album to be so much more upbeat

I actually found it super boring and I hated the whiny parts in the songs

I knew as soon as I saw Blue Suede Shoes as the opening track it was going to be good

I love the 50's style music and the quality of the recording - something about that muffled/crackling sound

A few songs I knew already, and the others were just as good!
