I've listened to them a bit but mostly their more dancey stuff. This is a really cool change of pace. I love the use of acoustic instruments. Folktronica is a tough genre to avoid cliche and I think they nailed it.

Definitely a little dated as 80s metal but the playing is really solid and thematically it touches on some interesting topics.

Pretty solid for country rock which admittedly isn't my favorite. The lyrics approach cliche at points but do enough to stick out that it isn't a deal breaker for me.

I've listened to less Anthrax than the other 3 of the Thrash greats, but this album is still an absolute ripper. It's a bit catchier and poppier than most, but without losing its edge at all.

This was my first time ever listening to it straight through in its entirety. What a great album. It shockingly lives up to its bold premise. There's so much variety here too that it never feels stale.

The phrase "hanky panky nohow" is so goofy I can't handle it. Otherwise this album is enjoyable 70s pop rock. Not mind blowing for me but I liked it.

I just can't do glam. The cringey lyrics certainly don't help. You've gotta have a lot of skill to pull off sex noises in a song and in my eyes they just don't.

Classic thrash album. Dude's will hear this and say "hell yeah". I saw many shows at the venue where Dimebag Darrel was killed and it definitely looked like a venue where someone would get shot at.

I'm often not the biggest singer-songwriter fan but this album is very good. Her voice is fantastic and the lyrics hit a lot of very powerful topics. Instrumentation is varied and complements her voice well.

I love post-punk and this is a great foundational album. Love how much they let the grooves just go here, and the funky bass. That packaging is iconic too.

Dinosaur Jr. are so freaking good and this is one of their best. I love their mix of noise and melody. No one else really does it as well as them.
