I don't think I recognize this artist or any of these tracks by title. So I'm basically going into this blind.

After a rather superficial reading of the Wikipedia page and top reviews on this site, I was expecting to hate this. But I'm quite enjoying it. It feels really ahead of its time. If I didn't know better, I would have guessed this was produced 30 years after its actual release date. This is both bizarre and great. I'm adding this to my list of albums to listen to again.

Da CapoLove

Rated 6/10

I've only listened to one other Love album, the other one on this list. I don't think I recognize any of these tracks, and I mostly don't recall listening to that other Love album. So I'm mostly going into this blind.

I've looked over my review for Forever Changes, and my take on that album mostly applies here. This band feels like it could be one of Spinal Tap's albums from the mid-sixties.

The track "Seven and Seven Is" gets points for sounding pretty proto-punk. But otherwise, this wasn't bad, though mostly just meh. I was tempted to give this a 4, but then I got a couple minutes into "Revelation." It's too bloated and dragged the overall score down.

LP1FKA twigs

Rated 8/10

When this album came out, it was hot for a bit, and I think I listened to it then. But I haven't listened to it since. I don't really recall much about it, so I'm not going into this blind, but maybe the more correct term might be amnesic.

So, yeah, I don't recall much of any of this album. This occupies an odd space for me. It's better than meh, but I also don't feel compelled to listen to it, which probably explains why I listened to it once long ago, and never again. I think I'll be kind and give it 4, and maybe I just need to give this some more listens to really get it, so I'll add it to my list of albums to listen to again.

I'm a fan of Neil, but I'm not familiar with this album in particular. I recognize a couple of these tracks by title. I'm looking forward to listening to this.

I like this, but it's by no means a great Neil Young album.

I don't dislike this, but I do question whether it truly belongs on this list. It's not bad, but by no means is it a "must listen."
