I played at a wedding a few years ago and heard that Steve Winwood would be in attendance. I didn’t know who he was then and this is the first time I’ve listened to his music. In rehearsals I threatened to get drunk and goad him in to coming on stage and seeing if he could do better. Now I’m confident he would have crashed and burned, so good thing I didn’t do it in the end. STEEEEEVE!!!

I don't smoke weed anymore so it's hard to enjoy this. So non-comittal (I know that's the point) that it's just quite annoying. Like, be something or shut up. I know that's the point. But I hate it.

Very strange that the only album Muse have on this list is their THIRD best. After this they declined quite quickly and somehow are now thought of as really uncool, which means Origin Of Symmetry and Absolution get overlooked and I think they're both masterpieces.
Thery don't quite reach those heights with this one but they set the bar pretty high, and it's good enough. But not quite a 5. Those other two definitely are. Another miss from the author of this book.
