Better than I expected

The first "great" Beatles album, but because of literally every other album that came after this, it's kinda their worst great album. Does that make sense?

Eh. I feel like it's a product of it's time. Not bad, but albums that are similar and/or came out around it I'm sure are better

As a gigantic RHCP, I can say without a doubt this album encapsulates who they are damn near perfectly, yet I don't think it's their best album. I appreciate this album for what it is, the album that launched my favorite band into superstardom, with many pretty great songs. Great album just isn't my favorite from them.

The album started off meh, but the more it went on the more I actually started to like it and understand why so many people like it.

Dookie is better but this is still fantastic

The albums okay but Waterloo Sunset is the most beautiful song ever written so I have it an extra star

If you remove a couple songs and add a few of their other singles this is basically a greatest hits album
