I've listened to Crisps quite a few times. It's got one track that I'll skip if I'm close enough to my phone (Get Back Jamie) so it's not a perfect 10, but it's still a fun listen.

I got Frampton Comes Alive from the generator while listening to Frampton Comes Alive. (side 4, specifically, the track "Lines On My Face")

That's it. I've attained peak 1001 Albums with another 405 to go. It's all downhill from here, man.

Maybe this felt innovative and exciting in a specific time and place, but hearing it via streaming, in the Pacific Northwest, in late 2026... it's Yet Another Overly Long 90s Alt Rock Album.

I'm not convinced that I needed to hear it before I die. My future cremains might appreciate it more.

I already knew and loved this album, it's got that complexity that makes my brain tingle in all the right ways. Happy to have spent a day with it.

I think Suede are my second favorite of the 90s bands that got tagged as Britpop, after Blur.

I had yet to put this album away after my last listen (a little over a day before it popped out of the generator) so all I had to do was flip it back over to side A and start listening again.

This is one of my favorites. I can definitely see why overexposure on the radio would put a lot of people off, but I've never gotten sick of any of them... and come on, this album is half hits!

Ah yes, one of those albums where it feels like two EPs stuck together as one LP. One of my favorite things about Bowie is what a musical chameleon he was, never doing the same thing twice, so Heroes is right up my alley.

I can't get past the way this sounds like a love letter to the disease that killed her. Addiction is brutal.

She even looks unhealthy on the cover!

Is this called Repeater because it's good enough that you want to put it on loop? I wouldn't be surprised!

This doesn't even have the big hits on it, but it still slaps harder than a Foley artist creating combat sound effects with a raw steak. It slaps harder than my orange cat when she hears Electric Light Orchestra. It slaps hard enough that you might need a safe word while listening.

I'm thinking Leonard may have been a happier person if he'd gone outside and walked around in nature for a while. Staying in one room is not good for mental health!
