Haven’t listened to much Johnny Cash but this album shows he is the man. Wonderful short and sweet tracks that get their point across and don’t overstay their welcome. Cash is truly a showman and has great banter with the crowd. Songs are great, love the twang of the guitar throughout the album and Cash’s vocal performance is top tier

Such a fun album for me. The Wings rock. Some absolute bangers on here for sure and the lesser known tracks are great too. Probably a 4.5 for me but feeling generous enough for a 5

Aretha Franklin is goated but we know this. What I did not know is how good this album is. Aretha has one of the deepest bags of all time, she dont miss.

ATCQ delivers everytime. Great beats, great bars, smooth flow. Such a fun album, such a unique sound especially for when it came out. Such an influential group and they killed it with their debut. Not my favorite from ATCQ but still a great listen

Idk how to start this shit. One of the best debuts of all time. Bars are awesome, beats are banging. Nas provides an unapologetic depiction of life in NYC that feels so real, like you can smell the grime in this album. But I also feel like The World is Yours is so hopeful to contrast a majority of the album. NY State of Mind is one of the best rap songs of all time just like this album is. Easy 5 stars for Nasty Nas

CCR does not miss

This bangs, love the variety of sounds. The Clash really be rocking here

Rip to a legend. My first full album from Dolly Parton but this was fantastic. Great vocals, great lyrics, great sound. Short and sweet too

Spooky cover, spooky sound, spooky lyrics. Opens with Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath on the album Black Sabbath? Yeah that’s a classic. Shit goes hard for sure, what a debut. Love the crazy bass throughout the album.

Loved most of this album, wasn’t a fan of the last track or 2

Was fine,, not really my jam

Great opening, instruments feel chaotic and match the story Bob Dylan is telling. The acoustic songs are great, lyrically great. Really enjoyed the album, great stuff from bob

Ya this is good stuff. Fun disco make me wanna groove.

Soulful goodness. Such a lovely listen. Exactly what I was looking for from Al Green

Exceptional vocal performance from Amy Winehouse. Production is great too. My first full album listen from Amy Winehouse and this is so good. Didn’t love Rehab (lol) didn’t think it was a bad song, just liked the others much more. Sad lyrics contrasted with brighter instrumentals works really well here. Loved it and will be keeping it in the rotation. Rip Amy Winehouse

Goated with the sauce. This white boy loves steely dan

A classic. Among the horniest albums of all time but Marvin pulls it off so well. This album is amazing and I almost can’t take it seriously at times but it just sounds so fucking good.
