More indy, but a good album.

Eclectic, but very good

A 3.5 star for me. Interesting enough post punk, and you can hear it's influence.

I've been getting a lot of Canadian indie lately, but I've been enjoying it.

Fun but slight

The hold steady were a band I'd always thought I'd like, and I was right about that.

Not particularly original, but fun.

More country than I was expecting, and like all country, it lives or dies on how good the songs are. Luckily these are pretty good.

Interesting mix of brutality and beauty, but probably didn't really connect with it.

My second beautiful south album in a week, and also my first repeated artist. Luckily I liked this one

Beautiful and very different

I started thinking this was going to be 80 minutes of just one genre, but it was way more interesting than that, and the songs were strong
