A decent pop album! I didn't dislike it by any means - granted I might not actively seek it again, but no complaints and I thought it held together way better than the destiny's child album we had :)

I am rounding up - I wouldn't listen again out of choice as it was very samey, but oh wow that is a really great album in terms of musicianship and feeling! :)

Oh shell yeah! :) This is one of the albums that I love, lots of good. I'm clearly tired writing this and need to finish my coffee.

I definitely prefered the self-titled album. This one actively irritated me because of the bloated length of songs, and general lack of anything going on in between some good guitar sections

Why was the bass so good? Why did I know almost half the album from games and films but not the name of the band? Hooray for the lovely music times :)

I adored this!! :) Discovering that I really like reggae has been a great part of 1001. My only exposure to the genre really was having to play the same few songs at different times, without really knowing what I was doing on bass... I really should have dived into Bob Marley properly years ago! :)

I honestly did not expect to loathe listening to this! I expected kind of "easy listening" dad-rock, and the Eagles are very competent musicians. But... why did it make my soul retreat into my boots? I think how it felt like it had been written and produced in a board-room, sterile, free of any edge or adventure, an going through the motions. It reminded me of my reaction to Steely Dan, but I think this was more of a visceral reaction. Title track is catchy, nothing else merited a listen for me. Couldn't wait for it to end. I give a star as musicianship was great, bass stood out to me. :)
