Gun to head I couldn't have told what 'a little itty bitty of Scritti Politti' was like - turns out it's a guy who really loved one Michael Jackson album and Phil Collins' Sussudio

I gave this more time than his others, and some of it was actually quite good, but I'm just DESPERATE for him to clear his throat and it completely spoils it! An extra star to make up for the other 1s.

Woah, who knew the Bee Gees were more than those couple of tracks? Look, it's obvious what they were listening to at the time and that they're far inferior to eg Beatles and Beach Boys. But I'll give it a fuckin A for effort and an extra star. In any case, better than Pink fucking Floyd.

This is everyone's favourite album? This jingly-jangly shit? What the hell! I thought I'd love it but I don't AT ALL!

Only good song is the one the Divine Comedy covered and Neil Hannon made it so much better. The rest sucks!

Do you know what. I don't like this album nearly as much as some of their others. I feel like people cite this as their favourite the most but for me it's the weakest point in their career. Obviously some all-timers bring it to 4 but it's nowhere near a 5.
