I was surprised how much I liked this album. Probably a 3.5 for me, I'll round up because I want to listen to it again.

I though the vocals were really good and I enjoyed them. Sort of a cross between folk and country, leaning a little more towards the folk side and I liked it.

First time I heard this album all the way through. I really like some of the stuff that sounds like Lou Reed, so that's good. Overall very enjoyable and I'll listen to it again.

You know it's not going to be great when, after a few songs, I start thinking that the ones without lyrics are much better than the ones with lyrics. And what the hell was that "A Gospel"

That said, it wasn't so annoying I wanted to turn it off. But it's not good.

Meh. You couldn't live around the Philly area in the 90s and not hear them all the time. And it's fine to put on in the background, it's nice and chill and doesn't take much to listen to it, but it's not something I'm going to actively put on again.

Completely forgettable. Not sure why I had to listen. Forgot to rate, and had to listen to the first song again just to remind myself what the album was.

I did not enjoy this. Some of the instruments were sort of nice dream-pop-y but the vocals are so bad that they pulled me out the entire time. Terrible.

Not sure why I had to hear this one.

Rated 10/10

I really like Dinosaur Jr. and this is one of their best albums. Really good stuff and I was glad to listen to it again!

This has been my least favorite Stones album so far. I just didn't connect with it at all. Probably should be a 3 but I want to rate it lower than other Stones albums I liked more and already gave a 3.

This is my favorite electronica album, and I listened to this a lot in HS and college. I don't listen to much of this type of music, but when I do, this is the one album I tend to put on.

VulnicuraBjörk

Rated 2/10

I don't get it. At all. Read any other of my reviews for Bjork. She's terrible, shouldn't have a single album on the list, let alone 4+?!?!?

Like most Tom Waits albums, I like some of the stuff, and I don't like some of the stuff. The stuff I like is really good. But I only like about half of the stuff on here.

I sort of feel the editors needed to include a Beta Band album since they were so influential to other British acts at the time. But they could have put the 3 EPs on the list and I would've been a lot happier (but maybe that didn't rank as an "album" since it's a compilation?)

This one is fine, but I'll listen to the 3 EPs if I want to listen to The Beta Band.

I’m a fan of Sleater-Kinny and this is probably their best album. The interplay between Tucker and Brownstein and the guitar work is just about perfect.

Glad to listen to this one again!

I have no opinion on this album. I listened to it and I don't remember much of anything. I guess it's ... fine? It's fine.
