Fuzzy honestly surprised me with how good it was. I have never really heard of this band, and honestly, I'm shocked to find out that it even is a band as i thought this was Grant Lee's real name and i thought it would be a solo career of sorts but nope, It turns out his real name is Grant Lee Phillips and this is just his band. Anyways, I really liked this album for the main reason i like a lot of these unexpected surprises, and that is that the album is super relaxing which works for me since i got home from an 8 hour shift before listening to this. The guitars are great, Grant Lee Phillips' vocals are fantastic and i quite liked the songwriting. All around, a really nice album that I'm glad i got to hear before i die.

A very well received surprise. This reminds me of all the great hits from the '80s

This is the most generic shit I have ever heard. Reading some of the user reviews makes me wonder if we're listening to the same album. WTF are you all on about?

While I have actively HATED albums and artists on this list, this is the least deserving of a spot. I find this less offensive to listen to than those others, but they were SOMETHING. This is like listening to AI generated Music Brand™ music.

Michael Stipe, who's judgement I now question, said this was hands down the best album of 1993? Pearl Jam's vs came out that year, as did In Utero and Janet Jackson's janet. Achtung Baby and Eric Clapton's unplugged albums too. Sorry, but no.

Trash.

Title track is really powerful- great buzzing guitar and soft country/grunge instrumentation. His vocals almost remind me of Ian Anderson a bit.

I like the album's mood and feel quite a bit. Very easy to listen to. Wish I could give it an extra half star.

Rated 6/10

This sounds utterly "90s" in a way I am simply unable to explain in words. It's a really nuanced sound, requiring more focus than I was first able to give it, so required a second listen. It's not all great, and when I dislike it I REALLY dislike it (The Hook, Soft Wolf Tread, Dixie Drug Store, Just Have To Be Crazy) but the rest is something I'll find myself listening to again and processing further. A little disappointing that is only about half the album.

Rated 6/10

His voice is a little too 90s rock for me, kind of reminds me of some of the OK but not special music coming around that time, a little goofy and sarcastic. Fuzzy is a masterpiece though. I did also like the more alt-country song like Soft Wolf Tread or The Shining Hour, and much of the second half of the album.

They're right this sounds Fuzzy. Love how this sounds. Good performances all round and sonically very full. Very good head nodder. Dips a little in the middle but not enough to be a problem.
Nice to be introduced to a new band who discography I wanna listen to now. Good job list.

A strange album, it reminds me of a lot of different things but at the same time still feels fresh and unique

Rated 8/10

Cool, heavy folk vibes. I feel like Dax Riggs loves this.

Rated 4/10

I bet Lana Del Rey/Ray??? Likes Fuzzy. Dull album.

Rated 8/10

I'm shocked I have never heard of this band before, they are very solid.

Rated 4/10

Pretty dull. Couldn't get into it at all.

Rated 6/10

A fairly run of the mill listen. Nothing that I disliked, but also nothing that overly impressed me. This would serve well as a soundtrack to a very average life.

Rated 6/10

Indie-ish, doesn't hurt anyone.

Rated 6/10

I also like the song Moonage Daydream. Really good album. I dig the fuzzy guitars. Favorites were Jupiter And Teardrop, Fuzzy, The Hook, and Dixie Drug Store.

Rated 6/10

goooooooood energi fra starten

high highs, slightly boring lows, og jeg synes ikke gejsten bliver holdt hele albummet igennem

jeg var sikker på, det ville blive en 4'er fra starten, men vi ender den på en:
